Exchange
PRAGNA offers free exchanges on purchased products because we care that our items fit you perfectly. Exchanges are only possible for clothing items. We do not exchange accessories and jewelry.
- Only one exchange per order number/garment purchased.
- Send an email to costumer@pragna.shop with the embroidery word “exchange” in the subject line.
- Include your order number and what size you would like to change.
* Our customer support will respond to request within 24 hours.
Return
Contact us within seven days of the specified delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or unworn and in the same condition you received it with the tags. The item must also be in its original packaging.
- A fee of 20% of the original price will be charged per return. This pays for the cleaning costs to get the item back into the store.
- Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of us receiving your package.
- Returns will be refunded as a credit to the PRAGNA web store.
- We do not cover shipping costs, duties and taxes when an item is returned.
Please note that Sale items are final sales and are NOT returnable. Sale items include any item purchased at a discount of 10% or more.
