PRAGNA offers free exchange of purchased products because we care that our items fit you perfectly. Exchanges are only possible for clothing items. We do not exchange accessories and jewelry.

Contact us within seven days of the specified delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or unworn and in the same condition you received it with the tags. The item must also be in its original packaging.

All orders are final once they have been processed at checkout. Unfortunately, once processed, no further changes can be made to your order, including removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders, or canceling your order.

Please make sure all details about your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend verifying your email address, shipping address, and that promotional codes are accepted and correct.

We ship orders only in Venezuela and Switzerland at the moment. If you would like to order from another country, please email us at costumer@pragna.shop.

1-3 business days in Switzerland, 3-6 business days in Venezuela.

We use all major carriers and local courier partners as well as Swiss Post. You will be prompted to select a delivery method during the checkout process.

We sincerely apologize that there is a problem with your order. Please contact our friendly customer service team (costumer@pragna.shop) so we can issue you either a refund or a return as soon as possible.

This service is not available for use at this time.

We are located in Punto Fijo, Venezuela and Lucerne, Switzerland.

If your order is more than 100 USD, shipping is free.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties/taxes on merchandise vary greatly depending on the product value and the country to which your order is shipped. PRAGNA will issue a commercial invoice showing the full value paid for international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from PRAGNA, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as import and return shipping charges that may be incurred when returning the item to us.

Our garments are currently produced in Turkey. Accessories and jewelry are handmade from Venezuela.
